Orders & Payments

  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    Of course, we’d love to hear from you! Simply give us a call on +91 8595773658 and our Customer Service team will be able to take your order. We’re open from 9am-8pm, everyday.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We all make mistakes or, like us, you’re very quick to change your mind! Not to worry, you can cancel your order by contacting us via phone on +91 8595773658 within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    We don’t want to sound like a broken record but… you can amend your order by contacting us via phone on +91 8595773658 within 1 hour of placing your order.
    When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information and gift messages.
    If you’re looking to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order, letting us know straight away and we’ll refund the second postage cost for you.
  • How can I get a GST Invoice for my order?
    Please contact us via email, quoting your order number and we’ll provide a GST Invoice. Easy peasy!

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You’re spoilt for choice! We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Paytm and PhonePe.
  • How do I know my jewelry size?
    Don’t worry we’ve got that covered, visit our size guide here to find the perfect fit.

Shipping & Deliveries

  • Where do you ship from? Do you ship to me?
    We ship all orders from New Delhi, India.
    We currently ship everywhere in India, as well as over 200 countries worldwide.
    To find out if we ship to your country, click on the flag icon located at the top of our home page.  If your country is listed in the drop-down menu, you can select it to view the site in your currency. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet (but hope to in the future).
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Domestic (within India)
    We ship orders Monday through Friday. Tracking information will become available 1–2 business days after ordering. It takes 2-4 working days to get your order delivered anywhere in India.

    International|
    We ship orders Monday through Friday. Tracking information will become available 2-3 business days after ordering. It takes 5-10 working days to get your order delivered anywhere outside India.

All shipping estimates (domestic and international) are approximate and listed in business days. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. 

Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • How do I track my order?
    Can’t wait for your jewelry to arrive? We don’t blame you. You can track your order by clicking the link on your dispatch email. If you have an account with us, you’ll also be able to find the tracking link in your orders section. We will also share tracking information over your WhatsApp number.

 

Returns & Warranty

  • Can I return my order?
    We hope you love your jewelry as much as we do but if it isn’t quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Visit our Returns page here to find out how.

  • How long do returns take?
    It takes 5-7 business days for your return to reach us.
    We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. It will take 2-5 working days from the date it is received back.
    We won’t leave you hanging, we promise. You’ll receive a confirmation email or a WhatsApp message once we have processed your return.

    Mysa Jewels does not contain nickel and lead
  • How do I clean and store my jewelry?
    We all need a little TLC now and then. For our best advice, please visit our Jewelry Care page here.

Discounts  

  • My Promo Code doesn’t work
    If you received a promo code directly from us but are struggling to apply it, please give us a quick call on +91 8595773658 so we can investigate.
    If you’re experiencing issues with a promo code found on a third-party website, it is likely this is NOT a genuine Daisy authorized code. Unfortunately, some third-party websites give out false or expired codes, which we cannot honor. Our team are doing all they can to prevent this from happening but on occasion this is out of our control so thank you for baring with us!
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings?
    First things first… congratulations! If you’re looking to buy 10 or more products for your bridal party, please get in touch via email and we’d be happy to help.

  • Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
    Only one discount code can be applied to your order and cannot be used in conjunction with one another.

Gift Packaging

  • What gift packaging does Mysa Jewels offer?
    We offer optional sustainable gift packaging alongside your jewelry to add that extra special touch. At checkout you will be asked if your purchase is a gift, if you select ‘yes’ we will provide full gift packaging with your order. This includes:
    - A jewelry pouch
    - A luxury gift box
    - A gift bag for each item you buy
    You will also be given the option to include a gift message, or we can include a blank gift note if you prefer to write this yourself.
